This Shipping Policy explains how Nuksy processes and ships orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Times

  • United States (Domestic): Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders within the United States.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

  • Some items may be restricted due to size, weight, or shipping regulations.


Taxes & Duties

  • Nuksy is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or additional fees imposed by government authorities.

  • Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Nuksy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • For delayed or missing packages, you may contact us and we will assist where possible.
